Returned items must be in their original packaging, clean, and in saleable condition. Unauthorized or misrouted returns may result in deductions for shipping costs.

– A 25% restocking fee applies to most returns.

– “Special order” or obsolete items cannot be returned.

– Damaged or incorrect items caused by our error will not incur restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty of 1 to 2 years. If you believe a part is defective, please contact us to begin a warranty claim.

– Warranty evaluations may take 30–60 days for inspection and approval.

– Items must not be installed, used, or returned in damaged packaging.

– Claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
