Terms and Conditions – Truck Supply Parts

Cancellation Fees
All orders are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Please refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy for additional details.

Order Cancellation Policy
Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances: items that are out of stock, obsolete or discontinued products, orders containing mismatched billing and shipping information, pricing errors, incorrect listings, or clerical inaccuracies. Customers are encouraged to contact Truck Supply Parts prior to placing an order to confirm product availability.

Order Delivery Times
Truck Supply Parts is a distribution company and provides estimated delivery times based on information received from suppliers and carriers. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Truck Supply Parts shall not be held responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or changes in estimated delivery times. If an order is canceled after processing or shipment, applicable restocking fees and shipping charges will apply.

Freight and Shipping Charges
Truck Supply Parts does not profit from shipping or freight charges. Any freight costs quoted reflect actual charges billed by carriers or suppliers, including expedited shipping when requested by the customer. Once an order has been processed or shipped, shipping and freight charges are non-refundable, even if the order is canceled.

Discrepancies in Delivered Orders
Customers are responsible for inspecting all orders upon receipt. Any discrepancies, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported to Truck Supply Parts within five (5) business days from the invoice date for domestic orders. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted. Approval and payment of a quote constitutes acceptance of the order details. Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to make process or design changes that do not affect fit or function without prior notice and may ship an alternate part number provided it meets the same fit and function requirements.

Part Failures and Warranty Claims
Most products sold by Truck Supply Parts include a manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the product. Warranty claims require prior authorization from Truck Supply Parts. Products returned without authorization will not be eligible for warranty consideration or refund. Customers are responsible for confirming warranty coverage prior to installation.

Product Liability
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truck Supply Parts, its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from product defects related to buyer-provided designs, specifications, labeling, or instructions. Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to participate in the defense of any such claim at its discretion.

Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truck Supply Parts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, downtime, or business interruption, arising from the sale, use, or installation of products.

Infringement
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truck Supply Parts from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or attorney fees arising from alleged infringement of patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights related to product designs or specifications provided by the buyer.

Property Rights
The sale of products does not convey any license, express or implied, under any patent, trademark, or intellectual property right owned by Truck Supply Parts or its suppliers, nor any rights to manufacturing data, drawings, tooling, or proprietary information.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Truck Supply Parts, the customer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to verify customer identity, payment ownership, billing and shipping information before shipment. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
