Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States. Truck Supply Parts does not sell or ship products outside the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

Truck Supply Parts accepts return requests strictly within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and uninstalled. Products must be clean and returned in original packaging in resalable condition with all seals, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Truck Supply Parts reserves the sole right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions without obligation to issue a refund or credit.

Part Number Verification and Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for verifying the correct part number, fitment, application, and compatibility before placing an order. Truck Supply Parts is not responsible for orders placed using incorrect part numbers, incorrect vehicle information, compatibility errors, or any information provided by the customer or a third party.

Returns resulting from customer ordering errors, including but not limited to incorrect part numbers, incorrect applications, compatibility issues, or incorrect information provided by a mechanic, repair shop, dealer, manufacturer, catalog, or any third party, will be subject to all applicable return conditions, restocking fees, and return shipping charges.

Truck Supply Parts does not guarantee compatibility based solely on vehicle year, make, model, engine, VIN, or customer-provided information. Customers are responsible for confirming the exact part number before purchase.

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require prior written authorization from Truck Supply Parts.

Customers must request authorization by email at sales@trucksupplyparts.com or trucksupplyparts@gmail.com.

Upon approval, Truck Supply Parts will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided in the return authorization. Any return sent without authorization, without an RMA number, or to an address not specified in the authorization will be refused and will not qualify for a refund or credit.

Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to refuse any return request at its sole discretion.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs on all returns and exchanges. Truck Supply Parts does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Any freight charges paid by Truck Supply Parts will be deducted from the refund amount. Additional deductions may apply if the returned item is not received in original resalable condition. No restocking fee will apply only when the return is the direct result of a shipping error or damage caused by Truck Supply Parts.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for special order items, obsolete or discontinued products, sale or clearance items, gift cards, installed or used products, or sealed items such as gasket kits or sealed packages with opened, damaged, or altered packaging.

Opened Packaging and Product Condition

Products must be returned in their original unopened packaging whenever applicable. Returns received with opened packaging, damaged packaging, missing labels, missing components, or any condition that reduces the item's resale value may be refused or subject to additional deductions from the refund amount at the sole discretion of Truck Supply Parts.

Any product that has been installed, used, modified, contaminated, damaged, or is not in original resalable condition is not eligible for return, refund, or credit.

All approved returns are subject to a minimum twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Additional fees may apply if the returned product requires inspection, repackaging, cleaning, testing, or cannot be resold as new due to opened packaging, damaged packaging, missing parts, missing labels, or any other condition affecting resale value. Truck Supply Parts reserves the sole right to determine the amount of any additional deduction.

Damages - Shortages - or Shipping Errors

Customers must inspect all orders upon delivery. Any claim for damaged items, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported to Truck Supply Parts within five (5) business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may require special authorization and may be denied.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation. The warranty claim process may take thirty (30) to sixty (60) days. Truck Supply Parts reserves the final right to approve or deny all warranty claims.

Exchanges

Truck Supply Parts does not process direct exchanges. To obtain a replacement, customers must return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order once the return has been approved. Exchange requests will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by Truck Supply Parts. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Applicable restocking fees, freight charges, shipping costs, and any other authorized deductions will be deducted from the refund amount.

All returned products are subject to inspection prior to approval of any refund, credit, exchange, or warranty claim.
