Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy

Truck Supply Parts actively monitors all orders to prevent unauthorized transactions and protect cardholders from fraud. By placing an order on our website you agree to the verification procedures described below.

Order Verification

To protect our customers and our business, Truck Supply Parts may review and verify any order before shipment. Verification may include but is not limited to:

• Address Verification System (AVS) matching
• Card security code verification (CVV)
• Email confirmation
• Phone confirmation
• Identity confirmation when necessary
• IP address and device review
• Payment risk analysis

Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to delay shipment, request additional verification, or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.

Customer Responsibility

By submitting an order, the customer confirms that:

• They are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder
• The billing and shipping information provided is accurate
• They may be contacted to verify the transaction
• Failure to respond to verification requests may result in order cancellation

High-Risk Orders

Orders identified as high risk may require additional identity verification before shipment. This may include written confirmation or proof of identity. Orders not verified will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipment and Delivery Confirmation

For certain orders Truck Supply Parts may require a signature upon delivery. Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof the shipment was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Truck Supply Parts is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address entered at checkout.

Chargebacks and Fraud Claims

Submitting a chargeback without first contacting Truck Supply Parts to resolve an issue may be considered abuse of the payment system.

Truck Supply Parts reserves the right to provide order details, IP information, verification records, delivery confirmation, and customer communications to the issuing bank to dispute fraudulent claims.

False fraud claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Agreement

By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges they have read and agreed to this Fraud Prevention & Order Verification Policy and authorizes Truck Supply Parts to perform transaction verification.
