Warranty Policy
Truck Supply Parts handles warranty claims for PAI Industries parts purchased from our store. All warranty requests and communications must be directed to Truck Supply Parts.
Submitting a claim or receiving authorization to return a part does not mean that warranty coverage or a refund has been approved.
1. Warranty Coverage and Period
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and in accordance with the product’s specified application.
The applicable warranty period is stated on the product page. Please retain your proof of purchase and order number.
You must notify Truck Supply Parts within 30 days of discovering a suspected failure, during the applicable warranty period.
2. How to Request a Warranty Evaluation
To begin a warranty claim, contact Truck Supply Parts:
Phone: +1 (786) 678-6254
Email: trucksupplyparts@gmail.com
We will email you the warranty claim form and the applicable instructions.
Complete the form with the part information, the circumstances of the failure, and the requested photographs. Photographs must clearly show:
- The part and the area where the failure occurred.
- The part number and any PAI markings or numbers on the part.
- The box or bag labels showing the part number and PAI number.
- The packaging barcode and QR code, when present.
If any marking, code, or packaging is unavailable, indicate this in your claim.
Additional photographs, installation information, diagnostic results, or other documents may be requested during the evaluation to determine the cause of the failure.
3. Verification of the Part and Information
The submitted part must correspond to the product purchased from Truck Supply Parts. Its identity will be verified using the order information, part number, markings, codes, and available documentation.
All information provided must be truthful, complete, and verifiable. Any discrepancies must be resolved before the evaluation can be completed. Submitting false documents or a part different from the one purchased may result in denial of the claim.
4. Returning the Part for Inspection
The part must be returned for inspection. Do not ship the part until Truck Supply Parts provides return authorization and instructions, including the shipping destination and applicable procedure.
Retain the part, proof of purchase, and packaging, if available. Do not discard or alter the part in a way that prevents evaluation of the failure.
Return authorization allows the part to be inspected; it does not constitute warranty approval.
5. Return Shipping and Freight Reimbursement
The purchaser is responsible for initially paying return shipping costs and retaining the shipping receipt.
The shipping service must be agreed upon with Truck Supply Parts before shipment. Express shipping, insurance, and other additional charges require prior authorization to be considered for reimbursement.
If the inspection confirms a covered defect and the claim is approved, Truck Supply Parts will reimburse the actual authorized return shipping cost upon submission of the corresponding invoice or receipt.
If the claim is denied, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If the purchaser requests that the denied part be shipped back, the purchaser will be responsible for that shipping cost.
6. Evaluation Time
Inspection typically takes approximately one week after the manufacturer receives the part.
This is an estimate and may vary if additional information or more extensive analysis is required. Transit time and refund processing time are additional.
Truck Supply Parts will communicate the outcome once the evaluation is complete. The one-week estimate is not a guaranteed refund deadline.
7. Approved Claims
When a warranty claim is approved, Truck Supply Parts will refund the amount actually paid for the approved defective part, together with the authorized and documented return shipping cost.
The refund applies only to the approved part and does not include other products in the same order. Any amounts previously refunded will be deducted to prevent duplicate refunds.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If another method is required, it will be verified with the purchaser beforehand.
8. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover labor reimbursement or costs associated with diagnosis, removal, installation, or repair.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, it also excludes towing expenses, downtime, fuel, fluids, supplies, lodging, meals, lost income, and indirect damages.
Failures caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, insufficient lubrication or cooling, overloading, excessive engine speed, improper fueling, improper installation or repair, or modifications that caused the damage are not covered.
9. Scope of This Policy
This policy governs claims involving suspected defects in materials or workmanship. All returns for warranty evaluation require prior authorization from Truck Supply Parts.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that the purchaser has under applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.
