Orders are shipped exclusively within the United States and are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days after payment is received. Products ship directly from our supplier or distribution partner. Estimated delivery times range from seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days and are not guaranteed. Return requests are accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery and require prior authorization from Truck Supply Parts. Returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, clean, and in original packaging in resalable condition. Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.

Approved returns are subject to a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee. Special order and obsolete items are not eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns resulting from shipping errors or damage caused by Truck Supply Parts will not be subject to restocking fees.

Most products sold by Truck Supply Parts include a manufacturer’s warranty of one (1) to two (2) years, depending on the product.
All warranty claims require prior authorization before any item is returned. Products must not be installed, used, or returned in damaged or altered packaging.

Warranty evaluations are subject to inspection and may take thirty (30) to sixty (60) days for review and approval. Claims for damaged items, shortages, or shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
